SSEN Transmission has revealed its plans to appeal various aspects of Ofgem’s RIIO-T2 price control settlement to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
SSEN Transmission is calling for views on the current Transmission Network Use of System (TNUoS) charging regime, which it has described as “unfair and volatile”.
Ofgem’s RIIO-2 Draft Determinations risk system reliability and will result in missing 2030 targets according to SSEN Transmission, with SPEN also wading in to brand the proposals “unacceptable”.
